My two best options rn are muj cse and thapar civil. I have no idea what to chose, I am pretty confused. I have always wanted to do mechanical (was hoping for mechanical at MIT main campus rank was 17.8k but the cuts offs were something else this year) I am genuinely confused rn any help would be appreciated.

Can I expect anything at all in main campus or bgl campus at 17.5k rank
