When do I seperate?

When do I seperate?

These are all Spider Plant babies I grew from seed. They are happy, and thriving, growing roots. My question is.. when do I separate and put into their own pots? When do I go down to a regular watering routine instead of keeping the dirt moist but not water logged?

New Rubber plant leaf curled overnight.

Basically the title. It was fine yesterday, but woke up to this in the morning.

She gets watered roughly every week- 2weeks. I use a moisture meter.

She gets lots of indirect light, plus I have a grow light near her.

I've got seeds!!!!!

I don't know what to do. I'll definitely do some research. But omg I'm so excited!!!

I've propagated many spiderettes. But this is the first time I got seeds. And I have more coming.

I heard they don't have a good success rate but I'm going to try!!!

Any advice please?!?!?

First pic is when I rescued her at the bottom of a rack in Walmart. Second photo is after a good watering, 24 hours later. What can I do to help it? And when can I treat it for pests? I don't want to stress it out any more than it already is. Any and all advice will be appreciated.

I assume she got no light, but I have her isolated from my other plants. But there is still bright indirect light. I have a humidifier for it as well. The soil was bone dry, pulling from the nursery pot.

There is new growth present. Only one yellowing leaf though many are damaged.

Please help me take this beauty from dying to thriving.
