Nugget’s very much beyond midnight ride. Happy Independence Day to those who celebrate!

I just got back from a business trip to Texas. Saw these little cowboy hat Christmas tree ornaments and decided they were going on the boys’ heads. 🤠

Nugget is a massive Enrique Iglesias fan.

I mix his Cosequin with applesauce. He has started yanking the syringe from me 😂

Cage cleaning day. I took a break and he came over to help.

Cookie time. Bismarck is get in get out. Nugget: I need pets AND a cookie!

Had a long day at work a couple days ago. These two were nice enough to sit with me.

The free version will take blueberries OR cilantro as credits!

I walked into the kitchen to get a glass of water. I made the fatal mistake of walking past Nugget without giving him snacks or pets, just stopping briefly to take a picture. While getting my water I turned around to pics 2 and 3.

Both Bismarck and Nugget will fluff up sometimes while eating. I’ve noticed it especially with green peppers. First pic is marshmallow mode activated 😁

They were doing so well!

Windows are open so you get to hear the frogs (and a train!) over Nugget and Bismarck’s munching.

Nugget gets foot baths and Bismarck gets a beer named after him (he’s not old enough to drink, don’t worry). Nugget contemplates fairness while Bismarck stares but in the end, the friends still share a treat. ❤️
