Anyone with Crohn’s or Gallbladder issues or SIBO?

Looking for personal experiences from people who went keto that have Crohn’s, SIBO, or Gallbladder issues.

I know I have Crohn’s and SIBO and suspect that I have Gallbladder issues but unconfirmed.

I’m a bit nervous to try such a drastic change with so many health issues but I also feel like I need a change.

My body has never been the same since I got COVID too.

Also, how did you create a diet blueprint to try, even for a few days? Do I need to supplement with electrolytes or just feel my body out?

Thanks!

Anyone else not like the feeling?

I tried 10mg and it made me feel very mellow and warm. It felt weird and very uncomfortable.

Did this happen to anyone else?

I also got a bit tired later in the day and then irritable.

I never felt medicated with SSRI, but with this medication, I feel medicated.

Supposed to feel this way?

I put 10mg in water which the pamphlet said I could do and drank what I thought was half but could have been more. After about 35 minutes I started to get a warm and very relaxed feeling.

I have no idea what to expect so I’m wondering if others have experienced this. I feel very relaxed; not sleepy just relaxed. I had a small bout of anxiety around the one hour mark but now I just seem pretty laid back. HR is still in the 60s.

I know this is a low dose but it’s what I was prescribed. I’ve never taken anything for ADHD before. Not sure how I feel about this…I’m not sure I am focusing better but I’m not really sure the goal of the medication.

Saffron + Vyvanse?

Has anyone taken both of these before? I had a doctor tell me that they shouldn’t be a problem together. They both seem to boost dopamine and norepinephrine so I’m a little weary to be too stimmed. I only have 10mg Vyvanse though.

I’ve taken saffron short term and it worked great for my mood.

▲ 1 r/SIBO

I started two products called Biocidin and Olivirex as recommended by my functional medicine doctor. This has put my body in a spiral. I haven’t felt this bad in years since my long COVID was an issue. Dizzy, neurological like issues, diarrhea, etc. She now says that she thinks that it’s a herx or die off response and I should add a binder called GI Detox+ or switch to an elemental diet if I can stomach it.

Has this happened to anyone else?

I’m kind of scared of the binder because of the charcoal and chemicals like lead. Just not sure if this is also going to make me feel better or worse.

I have a functional doctor recommend biocidine and Olivirex as supplements to treat SIBO. She said they won’t kill good bacteria like Xifaxan and Flagyl.

How do we know this? Is it just a saying to get me to use those supplements?

Is it odd they didn’t mention taking a prokinetic now for motility?
