I’ve had interest in going to a quaker meeting (please let me know if there is a better term) for years now. It started out with me learning that in South Carolina, where I have been born and raised, Quakers would buy slaves to free them. As I started looking more in to what Quakers practiced, I realized that after years of not going to Church after I stopped being a Mormon, I may have found a religion that could work for me.

I’ve done research online and found a meeting in the city where I’m going to college later this year, but I want to know from you all what I could expect, as while research online is good, I think individual insight can be just as helpful.

I had a hard time getting started after the voice acting change disappointing me, but once I started I couldn’t stop. What an emotional season, and what a beautiful ending. I think it has to be my favorite anime, even tv show as a whole of all time. As someone who grew up with trauma that’s made it hard to express my negative emotions to others, this show hit very close to home. I love this show so much, and I can’t wait to rewatch it one month from now.

My rage knows no bounds. I watched season 1 when it first released, but i didn’t get around to continuing til now. I am incapable of watching the animated show as the subtitles on Crunchyroll show what written japanese letters are saying over the character dialogue, and I’m so frustrated by Crunchyroll’s greed that it left a bad taste in my mouth so I can’t enjoy the dub.

If it were a good world, every Crunchyroll shareholder and high executive would be condemned to living lives as goat farmers.
