How do native say it?

Hello guys, Im watching a youtube video, and the host said, "kailangan namin kumain muna." Then I found out another way of saying it is, "kailangan muna naming kumain. " Now my question is which one that native always or often used, or let's say the most natural way on saying it? Also, which one is the correct way of saying it? Thank you!

How to survive 3rd year?

Umiiyak nako araw araw ngayon. I feel so dumb. A slow learner and my practical skills are just so bad. I tried my best, or maybe not best enough. I got discouraged. Please dont make me feel like my feelings are invalid in the comsec. I know many people survive and do well. If you do, please give me tips just on how to live your life so that at least I can survive for a day. Not study tips, but sth like maybe you sleep early or whatever you did in your struggling years. Because I want to break the chain of "being a medtech student, sleep doesn't exist," even tho it can be true when you are working in a lab. But I feel like there must be a way to not live a poor, unhealthy lifestyle as a medtech. I do cardio and lift weight anyway! Just maybe share your experiences
