Over and Underpaid?

Quit couple months ago and finally received my payslip + p45 but haven't been paid it even now.

Now I got a letter says I been overpaid £116 for holiday in the same payslip and that I NEED to pay them within 30 days of the letter being sent 8th May. Ain't my fault if manager approved holiday they shouldn't have, now I need to pay? Pfff

Emailed Leaver.repayments@sainsburys.co.uk bout it and waiting on HR but can no longer access account. Wack

So I screwed up. Driver training on 2nd week today, already done a day on DPR, ended up a super rushed thing cause the manager told me to get to store an hour after the examiner arrived. Examiner skims powerpoint, out on road swimmingly for 3hrs, mile from store my phone alarm goes off (reminder to clock out) and it goes on a beat fore I get flustered, pull out phone, flip case and disable it.

“You did not just do that!” says examiner

Back at store, examiner and manager give me a bollocking for screwing up in the last 30 seconds, says it’s a fail and I’m a high risk driver now.

I was so dumb. Coulda parked up and turned it off. But now what, messaged Line Manger for extra training or some way to make up for it, but since I’m new am I just done? Will talk with union rep when I can find him, but I wonder if I’m just gonna be stuck indoors for a month or be sacked and go for something else.
