Any clue where to get a registered copy of this?

My order from the Nova Scotia archives (from March) finally arrived and it was a registered copy of the birth register and not this delayed Certificate of Birth. I'm sure it will do the job, and I'm thankful to have it but I'm also dying to know where I could get a certified copy of this delayed Certificate of Birth.

The yellow one is the original that a grandchild had in their possession. Unbelievable luck that this is still around. (Notice they have different numbers stamped on them. No idea what those are for.)

The photocopy was made by a different grandchild when doing genealogy research. They are since deceased and I cannot ask where they found it, but they lived in New England so it was perhaps an archive in the area? Perhaps they even went up to Nova Scotia, but try as I might I cannot find it in the NS Archives, Family Search, Ancestry, or anywhere else. Does anyone know where to look for these?

Mennonite Baptism (or Other) Records

I'm awaiting an AOR from Canada under C3 but I'm still digging around because my ancestors are kinda a pain. Love them but, ugh.

Gen 0-2 were all born before birth registry in their respective areas. Not awesome. Mennonites don't do infant baptism so that's a dead end, BUT they DO get baptized usually as teens. I haven't come across any teenage baptism records for any teenagers related or not however. Can they be found anywhere or is this something that would only be noted in a family Bible?

I have some tax records, wedding registries, death certificates and censuses, but I would really love something more... definitive from their youth.

If anyone has access to some of the subscription Mennonite archives and wouldn't mind taking a peek for my problem ancestors, I would be eternally grateful. Drop me a note and I can DM the details.

Just for fun: What are some ways you were Canadian before you were Canadian?

Before we learned about C-3 we had ice wine in the fridge, Crokinole in the game closet, and a house hippo I made in a pottery class ages ago on display. Poor lil' guy only ended up with one eye.

Small Canadian keepsake to celebrate newly recognized Canadians?

I'm shepherding 10 family applications through the C-3 process at IRCC. Eventually, some beautiful day, we will get approved. On that glorious day, I'd like to give each of my newly recognized Canadian family members a little gift from Canada. I've been poking around and haven't found the right thing yet. Any ideas? Did you do something similar?

Ages range from 4 seniors, 3 middle age folks, and 3 kids.
