24M UK/Europe

It’s been a long time since I’ve posted on here, but I thought I’d try again once more..

Hello I’m a 24-years old who’s lived in the UK my whole life. I’m 5’11, 85kg, see pictures for reference.

About me:

I am proudly Catholic and love to grow in my understanding of the church and love to discuss theology. Though I am technically a cradle Catholic, my journey has been far more complicated than that.

I currently working as a support worker in a psychiatric ward, to gain experience. I do work a hybrid of day and night shifts, so my availability around the clock may vary. I completed my undergrad and master’s degree in psychology-related fields and am trying to pursue clinical psychology in the long-term.

My interests include working out (complete gym-rat btw) and video games, as well as chess, cooking, politics and more. Of course like I say, I also love theology and thus spend a lot of time watching videos and studying the bible as well.

I would prefer not to relocate, but am open to it.

What I am looking for:

I’m looking for someone who is compassionate and caring, who uplifts me and wants to be there for me. Of course, she needs to try to put God first (we are certainly all flawed, but I need to see that their heart longs for Christ, not just someone who has grown complacent in their faith). Hopefully someone who would like to do bible studies, discuss theology and pray the rosary together.

I’m ideally looking for someone between 18 and 28 from western Europe, but I am open to those from the US or the rest of Europe as well. I’m not keen on tattoos and excessive piercings, though if you are interested shoot your shot!

If this post resonates and you’re interested, I’d love to hear from you, and please do send a picture of what you look like too.

Is the expectation men should pay a norm

Hello,

I'm friends with this Romanian girl but both of us living in another country. However this friendship is very likely to develop into something romantic given that we both like each other.

When we've hung out, I've mostly been paying for stuff (beers, meal etc). She has said that Romanian girls don't really pay for stuff and men should pay. Im wondering if this a wider, more universal norm in Romania, or if this stems more from her.
