Google glasses with Display coming next year

2 hours Google IO - only news was about audio camera glasses from Gentle Monster and Warby Parker

They said the display glasses are coming next year.
No mention of XREAL Aura. I'm hoping they cover it in the developer session directly after this. Google IO just finished

Edit: even though they didn’t cover anything in the first session, they’re going to cover it in the developer session. News about XREAL Aura is already showing up from the official xreal Reddit account and top news outlets like the verge(paid blog) and 9to5google

2nd Edit: XREAL / Android XR has opened up a developer program for early access to XREAL Aura closing June 30. Not clear if and when XREAL Aura will be available for sale outside of this program

3rd Edit: Even less news about Android XR at the developer session of Google I/O. Every news media outlet is talking about XREAL being shown at Google I/O, but is this scripted news? When is there going to be public presentation of XREAL Aura? Why all the hush hush? I’m not going to watch Google I/O sessions anymore, I can have AI summarize them anyways…

Android Show had no mention of AndroidXR

So disappointing. Not even one mention of Android XR. Closest thing we got was a silhouette of wireless glasses among Android devices. What a waste of time.

Edit: they gave us breadcrumbs in the developer cut after.

2nd edit: They really gave us nothing for Android XR except for 2-3 hints of wireless glasses (probably samsung ai glasses), a couple references to Android XR and Samsung Galaxy XR in the developer show, and one reference to likely XREAL Aura by mentioning specifically "tethered XR glasses". Im grasping at straws here, I'm praying we get real info at Google I/O next week.

[LEAK] Immersed Visor joins Android XR

In the Discord, a user shared an email from customer support saying they will be Android XR. Add this with the messages from Renji (CEO and hasn’t commented in like a year in that discord channel) about a surprise this next month, I think we can expect the official announcement about them and Android XR very soon. Most people are upset and dismissive because Visor has been delayed like 2-3ish years, but it seems they’ll be relevant upon release. Any thoughts?

So, after the recent post in this subreddit about Unseen Reality releasing this summer, that post was shared in the Immersed Visor Discord, and Renji (Immersed Founder & CEO) acknowledged it and hinted about a suprise within a month. The Android Show is May 12 and its speculated that this will cover Android XR. What are the odds they're related?

What new ar glasses / smart glasses can we expect to be shown at AWE?

I'm expecting the newest Snap Spectacles and XREAL Aura, but I don't have confirmation for either; just rumors and expectations and hopes tbh.
