FHSS or ETFs
Is it better to save up for a property using FHSS and a HYSA or would it better longe term to dump everything into ETFs?
Is it better to save up for a property using FHSS and a HYSA or would it better longe term to dump everything into ETFs?
Looking for long term growth and wealth Is it better to have a diversity of ETFs or just go full throttle in 1-3 ETFs?
My current portfolio is a train wreck with the following ETFs:
- FANG
-IWLD
- MOAT
- NDQ
- SEMI
- VAS
- VTS
- QUAL
Is there a particular one I should be focusing on (whether I already have it or not?)
I’m 23M looking to build real wealth but just stuck on what to do. This year I started to make $120k + bonus, but I’m still feeling behind and unsure how I should maximise my wealth.
My current situation is:
- ~15k invested (variety of ETFs)
- 8% FHSS every pay cycle
- 6 month emergency fund in separate savings account
- $20k liquid
- $3-4k monthly expenses
- Car owned out right
I honestly just have no clue what I should be doing, what ETFs to invest in, if buying a property using FHSS is even the right move, or what I should be doing with life to build wealth… Appreciate any help or advice
