I got through putting together few models already and Im using plastic glue. I sadly when gluing tend to lean closer to the model (just old habit of mine) and I notices my eyes getting irritated from the fumes. Is there a chance for serious eye damage from those? I will still lean back more just concerned since it happened 3-4 times now.

And a question - will starter box AOS paints from citadel work as good starter for those models??

Managed to get through half of the combat patrol (my first box ever). I think its fine. Had a few problems with lord of virulance gluing to the base and terminators flie gas thingy from the top! Still have to improve my hobby knife cutting since sometimes I cut too deep!

I was practising putting together model before I get to my Combat patrol. And is there a way to get rid of those bumps left by the clip off (whatever the scaffold the parts are in is called). I tried using the small metal tool from the paint starter set but it seems to not do much? Or should I ignore it and assume paint will cover it?
