Need Assistance - How to Fix Chalky Prime Job?
I primed these minis about a year ago. They seemed fine at the time. I did not get around to painting them, and now I have found that they have turned chalky. Any advice on how to fix these minis?

It really was a blast to paint
Preparing a deep adult dragon for my DnD campaign, but cannot settle on what colours should i use. Any advice?
The model is Sorcerer Vaelia Arra from White Werewolf Tavern, I believe it was the 2020 academy of magic release. I finally got around to printing her and painting her, but am noticing that her foot has no support on the base except for a side indentation into the "magic fire" she is floating above. The indentation is to the left though, not underneath. The backfoot is similarly floating and is touching the fire base, but not with base underneath, but base behind and to the side of the back foot. I've tried to take pictures to showcase, but basically, now thats its painted... how the heck do I attach this thing? I assumed the feet would rest on the blueflame to support the weight, but they do not. Superglue wont hold this thing, shes way too heavy at 75mm for only a side hold against the base.
If the mini is standing on a base, I usually pin it, but in this case... I dont think that tiny foot survives a pin with all that weight on top, especially if the pin has to be on the side of the foot instead of through the foot and leg...
Any ideas on where to go next here?
Here is Nazguz, Troll Chieftain. I’m trying to work on my source lighting for the lava on the bases of my Mordor army, and I’d love any tips (I find I catch the edges rough so its a hard transition between armour/skin and the highlighted edge, and I’m having trouble on making the red pop) Let me know what You Think of him and thanks a lot!
The Awakened - The Big One from Primal: The Awakening.
And before y’all say anything the seam I left is intentional because I want to be able to separate the giant from the base.
So my friends like medieval and fantasy stuff so I painted this for them. They have a one year old and cats so I made the whole family in a fictional medieval kind of setting.
Miniatures ordered from Etsy.
The cats from Warlord Games 'Farmyard Animals'
Tree and bushes regular railway scenery.
The display came with lights.
Hope you like it.
Hello friends, I realized that the painting process in Warhammer 40k is the major part of the fun (at least for me) and I feel some kind of motivation to actually getting better. However I saw a ton of how to's and tutorial videos but it's kinda chaotic and obviously different people have different opinions and techniques. So I'm searching for a channel, a patreon or a sensei. I'm even willing to spend some money if it's worth it. My goal is not to win the golden demon, for now I would just like to see progress and have people stop at my table to have a second look at my miniatures.
I'm excited for your recommendations!
Is this enough drybrushing for Slapchop?
I'm experimenting with slapchop but the minis ends up looking a bit "dark"
I was using neutral Grey but now I'm using sky Grey (a little lighter)
My question is, is this enough Grey drybrushing for slapchop or should I do more?
Also do you suggest to use a more white-ish grey?
Im using vallejo xpress colors and vallejo primers
Heavy armor, bright red, and ready for war.
Just wrapped up these Hearthkyn Warriors in the Ymyr Conglomerate scheme! Really happy with how the rich red armor turned out alongside the cool blue cloth and crisp highlights on these guys.
Another squad ready to hit the tabletop for its army! What do you think of the color choices?
Aside from a sealant coat this is how it turned out.
Hello, everyone!
I've painted a mini for a character I'm running in a compaign with some friends. The mini itself is just some generic print we've grubbed at an LGS. It took me three sessions of 5 to 7 hours.
I'm still in a learning phase and would really love any feedback, even harsh one.
Thanks!
Edit: reverse image search tells me it comes from this set https://www.myminifactory.com/de/object/3d-print-rpg-dnd-hero-characters-titans-of-adventure-set-8-150107
I had this Golem in my backlog, which tempted me to try something I've never done before. Would appreciate some feedback 👌
Mini is 3d-printed from Loot Studios.
Just finished up this guy this past week, I really love painting the gross green of the death guard and rust marks all over them.
