What does Menards offers there employees after, let's say, 30 or 40 years of service? Handshake, t-shirt, $100 gift card?

John passes away

What do you think would happen to Menards when John passes away and no one in the family wants to control the company?

Clothing

Heard from my GM that 500 will be responsible of taking care of clothing when the new clothing POG reset happens. Is that true or rumor?

Did meijer discontinue the BOGO for $1 shoe sale? I know someone who works corporate and they were not aware of that sale for shoes. Thoughts?

In past years has Menards raised employees pay in States that raised their minimum wages? Example: Wisconsin, Michigan, Minnesota, Ohio.

12x12 vinyl Tile installation

I will be installing 12x12 vinyl tiles in a basket weave pattern using 3 different colors for my kitchen. Is there a video out there that visually demonstrates how to do this? I want to make sure that this is done right the first time. Want to do a 1950s style kitchen floor using the 3 colors. I know you dont start near a corner but at the center. Now I know that this would be easy with just a single color option but since im doing 3 colors and in a basket weave pattern, wonder if anyone has any advice. Ideally visual if possible (visual learner here). Thank you.

Which brand is better?

Masterforce (Menards) or Skil? I've been needing a new brushless drill/driver. Which one has better power, warranty, quality? Im sure not a lot of people have used Masterforce, and unsure of its quality and specs, before but all power tools are basically built in the same facility. Advice? Looking at a basic 20 volt drill/driver.

Vacation requests

We normally get these vacation request forms at the end of the year for any vacation days for the following year. My question is, what is the difference between using the form from just requesting the time off via the Portal?

This okay?

Is it okay for the nails not hit the wood? And is this gap too much? This is in the attic looking up at the roofing deck.
