I earn a pretty decent income and can afford to make extra payments each month. How can I model the interest saved over time, and scenario test when interest rates rise?

What's the best way to pay off a mortgage early?
With interest rates going up and the cost of houses out of the reach of most people, what tools do you use to work out the best way to pay off your mortgage early? The calculators provided by the banks are too limited and don't allow you to develop a strategy... for obvious reasons.

Unforgotten - My first app!
Hi guys
I just launched my very first app... what a blast!
It's a productivity app aimed at people who need help remembering things.
My mother was the inspiration for the app after I discovered she has a condition called 'white matter' in her brain which will eventually lead to memory loss. This app is designed for her so she can remember the important dates and events in her life.
After building it and using it constantly for the past couple of months... I now can't live without it.
