Seller provided tracking number way too late

So, I ordered a microscope from Ohio on April 29. The estimated delivery time is May 13 - May 22. The seller provided a tracking number today, on May 22. I've been sending him messages, he wasn't replying most of the time. One time he told me to give him a few hours to check the storage, and didn't send me a message after. On the next day I sent him a message again, no reply. The day after that I had to message him twice before he replied saying that he's apologizing and will try to fix it as soon as possible, it was May 13, two weeks after I paid, and still no tracking number. I told him that that's ok, and I can wait. Now it's May 22, and only today I got the number. The email I got from eBay says that the seller is packing my order, almost a month after I've paid. The email I got from eBay says that the seller is packing my order.

When I told him I could wait I didn't mean another 9 days just for a tracking number, that's way too long, I thought he will fix it a day or a few after the message, like come-on, it's just a tracking number I'm waiting for. Now I don't really need it anymore.

Is it okay to cancel the order tomorrow? It'll be a day after the final shipment date. Will eBay approve the money back process since the item is not even close to be delivered to me after do much time?

Sorry for making this too long, just wanted to cover all the details.

How good of a deal is this?

Hello guys. I saw this Zeiss on marketplace in my city. It costs $250 Canadian dollars. I just got myself a microscope, but this post just can't get out of my mind. I wonder if I can play with it and resell it for a slightly higher price.

The head thought doesn't look like the most heads I saw in google. I wonder if it's an older model or something.

It says that the condition is good. It includes x4, x10, x40 objectives and five positions lens stage.

How to clean the back of the lens?

Hello! Yesterday I bought my new microscope Olympus BH-2 from the marketplace for a great price. Everything seems to work nice and smooth. The thing is, I bought it without oculars, so checking lenses was a little hard, especially for the first time. I used the flash light to check if there was any dust, fungi, or scratches.

On x40 lens I saw this thing in the photo. On these images It really looks like a scratch because of the phone camera, but, when I look at it with my eyes directly, it doesn't shine like that. Some of those lines just look like a fluf or some kind of dust.

I've noticed that it is on the inside glass of the lens, so I'm thinking of using a blower to try to remove it hoping it's just dust.

Since it's my first microscope, I'm being very paranoid about damaging the lenses. Is it okay to use a blower from the pharmacy and blow inside of it? Or I will just bring more particles in?
