Hi all. Does the white dot beneath the day signifying route availability just appear or do you need to refresh the page when looking for same day routes? I know a notification comes but the routes are often gone already. Cheers......

I decided not to accept any route today that was offered. On average they were offered at circa 70p per parcel. Given the overheads currently, I don't consider these prices to be morally fair. Surely any sub contractor deserves to be treated reasonably when representing their company's best interests while delivering great service.

As I sit here there are two 3.5 hr routes at surge prices (£78 ). Pick up from 20.42 making the end time past midnight.... Surely this is ridiculous and not doable. Any thoughts?

The parcels were 2 hrs late for my route yesterday. The app said waiting time started. When the parcels arrived for collection just over 2 hours late the app immediately said YOUR LATE. So I rescheduled the route to avoid a no show....... No waiting time pay is showing in my account yet. Will it arrive at some stage? I reckon it's around £28. Thanks for any advice / responses
Anyone shed any light on this? So, I scanned all the bags in for my route yesterday and had one parcel not for my route, a totally different area. I followed the instructions on the app and scanned it back to the pitstop. Now it is showing as unattempted. What is going on here?
