So I currently work in a 3PL logistics company which does airfreight, so they have everything and I work in the accounts department there. So I was wondering, is it possible that I can act as a broker and work with another broker who already has a shipper, and we share margins. If possible, then where do you find such brokers?
Just curious how far behind or how ahead I am from other teens in Pakistan. So 17M, I work at a 3PL logistics company in Islamabad, as a Junior Accounts assistant, and I earn 30k a month, from working 5 hours a day,(from 6pm to 11 pm) with Sundays off. Been working there for almost 1.5 years now. Also I'm in AS levels(about to fail physics) 🥹✌️
So in my college, I get called gay(satirically cuz I know I'm a gooner) and maybe because I don't act masculine (in a bullying type of way, like getting things my way forcefully, and never pokes a fight, instead just backs off from a fight), and usually a chill dude with a simple, chill nature, who's nice with everyone. So the thing is if I get called gay, then why the fuck is it the girls so clingy to me. Dude the girl in my college literally sends me thirststraps of chicks and smut, like cuh, fine I like it but sure ig.

Okay so I am 17 right now. So basically my uncle runs a 3PL company that sends goods from Pakistan to the US. And I have been working at the company for almost 1.5 years, and I have learned a lot of stuff, about how usually a 3PL Company works, what kind of charges you get, what effects your profit margins and etc etc. and recently my uncle came back from the United States, and asked me to work on his accounts team (responsible for the accounting operations in the US, dealing with expenses from the US customs, duties, tax filing, documentation of flights). Because previously I have been working on the Pakistan office accounts team of the company. Furthermore I have been asked to now contribute to the improvement of the company as well, because they're scaling as well, now we do have dedicated company software that documents all the invoices and manifests and awbs and etc etc. so what can I do, to improve the company? And is it actually useful for me in the long term? Because I have also been looking for shippers that can use our services, and I can act as a logistics broker. Because of all this I have been also considering a career change from computer science to Management Engineering/industrial engineering. So what should I do?
