Oil in Coolant

I have been having issues with oil in my coolant.
The car is a 2014 impreza (base model). The engine oil level is stable and has no leaks or signs of any contamination which leads me to believe it’s CVT fluid but I’m not exactly positive.
I have flushed the coolant system twice and I ran it on water just in case and the oil came back in a week.
Its causing engine over heating issues as well.
I’m planning to change the transmission heat exchanger and flush the transmission.
Is there anything else I should be doing?

I’m at the verge of quitting.

For legal reasons, i can’t disclose the location or company that I work for.
I work in sales for an international company. The past few months, our market share has been on a downward trajectory because the competition has better products and better prices than us.
Recently in a meeting with the company leadership, I highlighted the competitors prices and what they offer (which is leagues ahead of us) and the company leadership’s answer was “if you are not able to sell what we have, we can come and sell it for you” and “why are you there?”
I understand we are here to sell the products but is it not important to cater to the customers? If not, what are we doing?
Because our products are inferior, we are having difficulty hitting our targets and since I highlighted the issue, I’m on the verge of getting fired because I made the leadership look incompetent.
For context i have never been fired from a job EVER and I’m thinking of quitting before that becomes a reality.
