Scadrial maps for vtts?

Hi! I'm setting up to run a game set on scadrial and I was wondering if anyone knew of any high quality maps of both era 1 and 2 scadrial that i could use as a vtt background? I thought I'd get one when I got the world guide because of the pictures on the Drivethrurpg store page but I guess not? so yee, I'd love to know what yall've got!

Edit: was able to get ones from the Nexus world guide, though I think they're still a bit grainy so if anyone knows of any others I"d still love suggestions

Switch OLED isn't transferring data to Switch 2

So I got my new switch 2 today and I'm trying to get the data from my switch OLED to the switch 2 but no matter what I do it always comes up with error code 2216-5000 after trying to connect for approximately 5 minutes. Both systems are plugged in, on the same wifi, the OLED is updated, and I quite literally have them touching. Please help me, I've done what the Nintendo help page says but it hasn't worked. Please help!

Explaining how the PC have their Jobs

Hello! I've been looking at running this cause I've been loving FFXIV and its world and stuff. I'm curious how y'all have explained how your party have acquired their Jobs/Classes since so many of them in setting are pretty rare or exclusive in one way or another. The biggest thing I want to avoid for my players is all of them having basically the same backstory of "was doing X, started adventuring and then was given or found a soul stone for the Job" since I feel like that's a bit boring (maybe that's just me lol) , I'd love to be able to let my players work around it some more, maybe some found soul stones, some have/had mentors of the job that they learned from or maybe even has been developing it on their own (though this feels the most flimsy again with how rare and exceptional alot of the Jobs are). I'd love to hear your thoughts!
