Support contacts?

Anyone have luck getting through to them?

First email bounced back. That’s okay, their documentation must have a typo (retracAtion@withings.com). Sure, it’s their own documentation. That’s not suspicious, is it?

So I “fixed“ it with this (retraction@withings.com) and tried again. Also bounced back.

Hey wait a minute …

Real Hero

The hacks asking questions are contemptible. Dr. Fauci is right about Ayn Rand Paul having an obsession with him. Guy’s off his rocker.

Anthony Fauci is a model of selfless public service.

Unconscious at the wheel

TL;DR - I passed out driving an artic. Nothing bad happened. Advice welcome.

Just what it says. Im taking a strange trip into unknown territory. Last month, I had just left my downtown garage for the start of my route, and realized that something was wrong with me. No passengers yet. At that point, I was on one interstate, soon to take a ramp to another interstate. Usually busy but fortunately it was about 5 am and light traffic. I stopped quickly to assess and had a foggy thought that I was stopped on a sharp left curve. It would be better if I moved the bus to a safer spot. Clearly not thinking clearly.
I merged back off the shoulder, made the ramp onto a right hand curve, and at that point, I do not have any further memory. My next conscious memory is being helped off the bus and into an ambulance. According to the video I stopped the bus, secured it, and just sat there. I was told at the emergency department that I should not drive at all until they understand why I passed out.
I go see the garage safety guy and he said that I did what I was supposed to do, no concerns, no action. But I still have a gap where I don’t know what happened. It’s eating at me. I’m pursuing getting a look at the video so I can fill in the gaps. Oddly, Im getting pushback.
I’ll keep at it until I see it because I need to know. Meanwhile, I’m off work, and I think I’m about to run out of time so I’m expecting to be unpaid soon. My doctor confirmed that by law, I can’t drive until mid July. And even then I have to see a company doctor to get released back into driving. No one has said for sure why I passed out but the leading idea is that my blood pressure dropped enough to knock me out. But then why did that happen??
Anyone have an incident like this? I am trying to think of all the stuff I should be doing to keep my job and career. Like following the doctor’s instructions. Any thoughts or advice would be appreciated greatly!

Called a thief

I arrived at work one day last month and my boss wanted to counsel me on stealing stuff from the Canteen area. It was from the previous month and I have no idea what he's talking about. It's ridiculous to think that I would take something. Just not on my menu. A mistake, maybe? I asked for proof and he showed me a picture of me standing in the vending area. I objected, saying this isn't video, what gives. Next day he produced a video and I watch it. I'll admit to being flabbergasted. The video shows me standing there, picking something up, scanning it, cancelling the transaction and walking away. I was dumbstruck.

Then I go back and watch the video a few times and realize my head's so close to the camera, it obscures much of what happened. But there was enough of a glimpse to make sense of what happened. I scanned it, then put it down on some other stuff and walked away without taking anything.

I point this out and it's just crickets In the process of showing me, he also showed me an email chain showing that all the managers in the place got an email saying, he we need to talk to this guy and stop this theft business. So that means a lot of people think I'm a thief. I call BS.

Do I have a case? I'm still incensed by the whole freaking thing.
