Potential IUGR

I saw my midwife this week for the first time and she has started me on aspirin due to my papp-a was low (0.24) i have my morphology scan this week to fully determine weather my baby is growth restricted, small or if everything is all good and well! My question is pls tell me your IUGR stories - good and bad please i search through reddit but only keep finding them from different countries and i need aus experience lol my other question is did were all growth scans (fortnightly is what im projected to have to have) bulk billed or through the hospital? this morphology scan is costing me $290 before medicare rebate and although they are necessary and needed for my baby i don’t want to pay every fortnight for scans 😭😭

Single and pregnant

Me and my partner have decided to separate (not my idea) I don’t want to hear about how awful he is leaving me pregnant because trust me i’ve heard it all and i’ve also thought it all. I’m in my second trimester he has moved out of our rental and i’m staying in it. How do single mums do it 😭 Yes it is his baby yes he should be contributing financially however at this point i’m not expecting it because if you expect things you can be disappointed and if you don’t expect well then you may be surprised in the end. My income is around 2600 a fortnight at the moment and i’m a contractor so i won’t get paid leave before or after baby is born unless it’s from centrelink. I’m stressing about the fact that i now have to pay 100% of all bills and rent plus 100% of all baby items PLUS save for when i can’t work anymore before baby is born. If people in a similar position could give me some insight plus tips and tricks that would be appreciated on paper of course it’s doable for me in my situation financially and i have an amazing support system around me supporting my mental and emotional needs but i find that hearing from real life people is better then getting in my own head!

Buying different sizes

I’ve just started putting all my babies clothes away (not washed just away), I’m only 20 weeks but we don’t have the room to store them that isn’t putting them away lol. I’ve noticed that i am STOCKED on new born and 0-3 months but 3-6 months i have cute outfits but no practical clothes (singlets, Bonds zippes ect) Is this something i should be buying before she’s born or should i be waiting? Any cute outfits i buy have been in 3-6 months as i just feel like she’ll be in that size for longer and ill actually want to dress her in cute things then! Let me know what you did!
