If you have a physical National Park pass (I.e. the Access pass or the one for Veterans), you can link it to your Recreation (dot) gov account and get a digital pass to add to your Apple or Google Wallet on your phone!

Just download the Recreation (dot) gov app, create an account, and then link your physical card to it.

No more having to remember to bring the card with you! I’ve had a physical pass for over a decade and so was unaware that the NPS had entered the 21st century!

New to having a CPAP, hitting the two week mark today.

I have a ResMed AirSense 11, and the AirTouch F20 full face mask. I get air leaks when I turn over that then lead to me removing the mask in the night, despite having things cinched down pretty tight.

I was using a size Medium F20 mask, and just tried a Small. Using the sizer I’m on the cusp between these two sizes. The small is just a smidge too short (the bottom of the mask is right on my lower lip), and it seems like the Medium is just a smidge too tall (i get leaks on the side of the nose).

My question is: is there a mask that fits right in between these two size-wise? I don’t want nasal pillows. I’m US-based.

I used to get my emissions done at Dekra but they closed. Where’s a good fast location to get it done at a reasonable price in Ogden? I don’t need On The Spot because I have a tax abatement which requires me to register my vehicle in person at the DMV.

I normally hit up H3 Steakhouse in the Stockyards but they are temporarily closed for renovations. Between Cattleman’s and Riscky’s which is the better bet on a Monday night?

Key Lime Pie Level 1 was great! I liked to mix it with my cottage cheese in the morning. Unfortunately the Clear don’t mix as well because the things that make it creamy have been removed.

Has anyone taken a Clear flavor and mixed it with unflavored or flavored whey protein powder to do a “make your own” Level 1 when 1st Phorm no longer has that flavor in Level 1 outright? How did it turn out?
