Hi everyone, Happy Friday!

First time poster here :)

I’m starting law school this September and have been thinking a lot about which area of law I want to pursue, and the clubs to get involved in school. I think I'm more interested in either family or criminal law.

I’ve been working at a family law firm in Toronto for 2 years now, so I have a general sense of what that practice area looks like. I’m curious to learn more about criminal law; specifically, what a typical day looks like for a criminal lawyer in Toronto or elsewhere in Ontario.

If anyone is willing to share their experience or insight, I’d really appreciate it.

Guys, sorry for posting about this again but I’m honestly having a panic attack right now. I see people got off the Windsor waitlist, which is great! I’m still stuck at “referred” and it’s starting to feel like a very bad sign. It doesn’t even seem like there’ll be another wave, and I can’t wrap my head around it. I'm so fucked to think that there would be one

Single is my top choice, so this is hitting really hard. I’ve been trying to stay positive this whole time, but it’s getting harder and harder and I just feel like a failure. This is my second cycle and I poured all my energy into lsat and this process and now i feel like it was for nothing.

All i hope is for it to get better
