Active Energy (Health Connect/Google)

I know this gets asked often, but, the answers I have seen don't seem to make sense in my case.

My diary shows Active Energy (Health Connect) and the number imported matches what is being reported in my Google Fit app as my total expenditure up to that time of day (which includes my BMR and NEAT and exercise activity).

What this reads as in Cronometer is my BMR + tracked exercise activity + active energy (BMR+NEAT+EAT) = Expenditure. So my BMR and EAT are being double counted.

Is there a setting to change this? All I can see is turning off import of any activity, which will also turn off the exercise activity unfortunately.

Travel friendly plant protein

Hey, I'm looking for either a powder or a bar that are travel friendly. For powders I'm thinking single serve packets would be nice. For bars I'm maybe wanting to avoid chocolate since it's so metltable. Any suggestions?

Feature Request: Conditional Rules for nutrient targets

I have a few scenarios that I'd like a way to manage in Cronometer.

  1. Calories no lower than a set floor (or BMR). I like the feature where it changes targets based on activity level, but on days I do no activity it is recommending I eat below my BMR which I like to avoid doing.

  2. I have goals for certain nutrients like saturated fat and total fiber that I would like to change in accordance to my calorie goal changing.

Small dose dripper other than Deep 27?

Hi, I'm curious what else might be out there for small dose 8-10g pour overs. I know the Deep 27 is popular (but it is plastic) and after searching I found there is a ceramic dripper called Tarachine, though there seems to be limited places that sell this one, but I'd be interested in hearing some reviews if anyone uses it. Also curious to see if anything else is out there other than the Funnex.
