How do i disable Edge from showing this window every time i click on profile.

I installed Windows 10 on my grandmas pc (she pazsed away) and i want to give this laptop to some poor person.

I ootimized everything to have it working smootly for someone else, then i deleted my profiles from settings, store, edge etc but every time i click on profile this shows up. You cant login without the oassword but I dont want that someone will know my email adres.
