Reliable and good Plumber recommendation South West Sydney

Can anyone recommend a honest, good and reliable plumber to replace our old toilet in our house. Our toilet is old and the base is cemented, the plumber said it will take time to remove the old toilet and sand down the base to put in the new toilet. He said he will replace the flexible hose and change the tap. I got one quote for $1550 for whole package (remove and dispose, supply rimless closed coupled toilet and install) i am not sure if it is a good price. The plumber suggest the toilet and I dont know the brand because I dont get to choose any style and i dont know how much is the toilet. I left a message to a few plumbers found on google but no one get back to me. It could be my job is too small for them. I just don't want to get ripped off so i want to compare a few quote. PayID payment error on Qantas booking website

Two weeks ago we purchased our tickets to Japan with Qantas using points and pay the remaining $1000 for fees and taxes to Qantas payid. Once the payment was made, there was an error on Qantas website "Generic Error - emply tasks and try again", our booking didn't go through, we never received the booking reference, our points still there but money has left our bank account. We don't want to miss out on the sale so we tried again, this time Qantas provided a different PayID and same error happened. We really want to take our kids to Japan, it's been long planning so we paid the third time using credit card and this time the booking was confirmed straight way. Our points were deducted and we received all the confirmation on email.

I thought it would have been an easy process to get our money back for the two error bookings but Qantas has thrown their hands up and not helping. I've been calling Qantas multiple times in the past two weeks to follow up when the money I paid using payID will be refunded to us. Each time Qantas staffs told me different things. They basically said me they cannot help me if there is no booking reference. Another staff told me Qantas never received my payment because my flight wasn't confirmed and I should follow up with my bank. There is nothing they can do for me. My bank already told me because it's payid, money has left my account. They can put a trace back but it will take up to 8 weeks. I would have better chance contacting Qantas and get them reject the payment.

I've asked Qantas for a contact email so I could escalate this. I had screenshot of all the error and payment reference I made, but they refused to escalate this and kept telling me the same thing "they cannot do anything". Qantas has two lots of my payment, I'm frustrated that we would lose the money we saved for our trip and no one was able to help us. It has been 2 weeks and we've just been going around in circle. Has anyone been in similar situation? What else can I do to get our money back?

I would appreciate if anyone has experienced this and please guide me what to do. I have already contact the bank for recall but they advised it would take up to 8 weeks and no guarantee which is very wrong as the error was on Qantas booking website
