Best Pilates studio software for a small studio? Our fees keep creeping up

We're a small reformer studio, around 120 members, and our current platform just raised prices by $40/month. We can't afford the increases year on year. The app hasn't been great too and support has been hard to reach. I looked at Momence, but the sales rep felt dishonest and quoted a price that is too high for me. Arketa looks good, but i need a mobile app for my clients and they only offer branded app as an add-on. I just need something that books the class and handles payments. I've been to 5 demos and still undecided.

Is anyone running a studio similar to ours and happy with what they use? Or switched and regretted it? And please, do not DM me if you are selling me something.

Yoga booking system? Looking to get out of Mindbody

Hi all, we run a yoga studio and have been using mindbody for the last 2 years. Last week they went down and my students couldn't book classes for hours. My team ended up spending half a day on instagram and dms coordinating everything, and announcing the downtime. Couple of other studio owners i know also faced the same issue.

It left a really bad taste in our mouth together with all the other frustrations with mindbody we've had. Their sales rep also promised some features at the demo call which till today doesn't work. I do recognize that systems glitch occasionally but the mindbody outage lasted half a day and support did not do anything during that time. We're looking for something more affordable and reliable, we don't use mindbody beyond its basic features.

What marketing channels drive results for you?

I run a pilates studio, and we're at the stage where we have a good, stable base of members. We launched a year ago, and the pre-launch sale was extremely successful. Historically, most of our growth came from organic word of mouth. Since then, we experimented with different things: Paid ads, email campaigns, SMS marketing, local partnerships, and engaging agencies. Some channels work once but we can't reproduce results consistently.

What industry are you in, and what has been your best source of customers?
