Best loops for an event medic

Hey, ive recently starting working more as an event medic, stretching from football, to motorcross, meaning im constantly subject to loud environments. Im looking for something which can limit the sound of the bike engines, but still allow me to talk to patients, my crew, and notably, hear my radio.

Ive noticed the experience seems like a good option, but also the switches, and was wondering if ive missed anything, and ultimately what the best choice is for my situation. :)

Looking for some recommendations as this market is crazy

Ive gone my whole life not wearing sunglasses as ive always hated the off colour look of the world with them, however with new shift work driving is getting difficult, not to mention im an extremely outdoorsy type of person, I love to hike, ride bikes and do water sports.

With this in mind I have a budget of maybe £150, perhaps a little over, and was hoping people could guide in the best direction.

I wear reading glasses which are a rounder shape as they compliment my facial structure best, so perhaps aviator glasses?

Any help is really appreicated!
