Been having pressure problems with fuel tank.
Pressure has been building up inside my fuel tank recently, even when I do not ride it for a few days and the weather is not too hot, but definitely much higher pressure after rides/in the sun. By building up, I mean when I open the tank, a hiss and rush of air comes out. On hot days when I fill up, it almost explodes outwards and sprays a bit of fuel out through the gas cap.
At first I thought it was either kinked overflow tube or breather tube, but I made sure plenty of times it wasn't bent/kinked.
So my next thought was possible blockage of the breather tube INSIDE the tank... cleaned it with a wire brush and blew air through it... still the same issue.
Today I decided to check where the breather tube led to and found it connected to a tube (upper/overflow hose) that led to the coolant reservoir???
Can anyone tell me if that's normal, because my logic tells me that it definitely should not be connected.
Thank you guys!
