I built a free eye exercise app because my eyes hurt every evening

A little bit about me first: I write for a living, which means 10+ hours a day at a screen. Every evening my eyes feel like sandpaper and the only advice anywhere was "follow the 20-20-20 rule," which nobody actually does because there's nothing to look at.

So I built the thing to look at. Six exercises, 30sec, 60 sec, or 2 min each, a ball you track with your eyes across the full screen. Smooth pursuit, saccades, figure-8, and a 3D one where the ball flies from the horizon right up to your face so your focus has to shift near-to-far.

Runs in the browser, no signup, no download, free. Phone works too.

Built with Godot exported to web. Happy to answer anything about it. Working on building a VR version.

One thing I'd genuinely like opinions on: there are two visual styles, a clean one and a full retro arcade one. I couldn't decide, so I shipped both. Curious which one people actually pick.

PSA: Not a medical piece of advice, just something fun for your eye muscles.
