Arroz a banda cooked on the mastertouch! Was a bit tricky to manage the heat but got there with some tinkering - a mix of briquettes and wood. Really delicious, will be doing it again soon!

I ate a lot of arroz a banda on a recent trip to Alicante, it was absolutely delicious and I was eager to try it a home. My first attempt of cooking the paella on the Weber kettle, I definitely could have used a bit more rice and cooked it for a few minutes more for a better socarat. Still it was really delicious!
