Being "best in class" and having only one BP rn (so little waste) would this be the best use of my star up or is it better to save for a DS/ other event car?

What are the best upgrades for the F1LM for slipstream? Have been using it 1* stock with decent results but wondered what are the best upgrades to apply while still keeping it in the lower rank bracket?
