i'm looking at office space but the space has a lot of exposed concrete and pipes. do any of these appear to be made of asbestos, only interested to know since it's so exposed
found clumps of this in my car, have no idea how it got there. but looks like insulation, does it look like the asbestos type?
i'm a founder in b2b saas.
still early enough to where inbound is not a strong enough pipeline on its own.
i'm relying on email and cold calling. but it feels just hitting and inbox or their phone is too cold.l, and when you do catch them they freeze up on the phone.
are there good strategies for warming up a prospect before hand at scale?
what strategies have you found to efficiently go from cold to warm at scale?

i have a terrakafe, i have only ever used and continue to only use bottled water in the machine. however, i keep seeing these tiny floaters in the water. it freaks me out, is this a type of mold or bacteria?
