I’m not a vegan, but I tried making vegan cheese with cashews and I’m addicted now. It’s soooo good. And tastes like regular cheese. It’s my first cheese ever and I want to try regular cheese too. Only problem I had is that, I don’t have cheese cave and in my regular fridge it’s very cold. Took about 18 days to develop mold on whole wheel.
What do you think, what are the most Georgian flavors? Like, when you taste something, what’s that taste which is connected to Georgia for you? Sweet and savory are all welcome.
I made my first rice koji and miso (shiro and regular). I’m very happy with the results and it’s so fun. I fell in love with it immediately, koji is so tasty and smells amazing 😫 I’m going to make it once again and use it in desserts this time
I tried for the first time in my air fryer. I used bottom round. Marinated for 24 hours in soy, Worcestershire and brown sugar. Then I pat dried, rubbed garlic, smoked paprika and oregano. Dehydrated on 60 degrees Celsius for 4 hours.
I think, we will never buy them 🤤 just, I couldn’t put even 300 grams in the basket together.. do you have any tips with air fryer? I tried skewer method I’ve seen on YouTube, but it didn’t work on my airfrier. Also, do you have any other tips for the future?
