just recieved a follow up email from pimax. ordered on the 28th April 2026,

Your ordered Dream Air Lighthouse has arrived in the destination country and is currently undergoing customs clearance. We will closely follow up during the process, and it is expected to complete clearance and be transferred to the local warehouse in 1-2 weeks.

We will track the shelving situation upon arrival at the local warehouse and synchronize further shipment progress to you at that time. Thank you for your cooperation and patience!

Please note that as the order is still in the preparation phase, the delivery status displayed on our official website will remain unchanged for the time being. The goods are currently in the pre-dispatch stage and will soon undergo customs clearance procedures for export, followed by flight arrangement.

Please note that as the order is still in the preparation phase, the delivery status displayed on our official website will remain unchanged for the time being. This status will be updated only after the goods arrive at the local warehouse, are stocked there, and the final local delivery is initiated.
