I Dunno About You But I Liked What The Survey Was Asking About

I liked how specific they were about asking about character design preferences for one. Wish I could see the results myself cuz I'm curious about everyone else.

I mentioned I'd love to see some really muscular characters or more chubby characters.

Also the mention about wonders was really fascinating to me.

I like the idea of building a structure that either serves a purpose or may even be simply ornamental with materials we craft in the AIC.

What did you guys think of the new survey questions?

Also I found it funny how they used in game objects as size references like the zipline or a sub-pac. Honestly it really helped me understand it a bit more.

OH YEAH they also had a question inquiring more in depth about what we'd want to see in character stories. I loved that. I chose one of the options for like a sadder theme, having happy stories is fine and all but I really enjoy thought provoking or sadder themes too.

Any Suggestions Regarding Carpal Tunnel And ARPGs

Making this post in hopes I can get some ideas for my uncle. He's suffering from carpal tunnel, particularly with his thumb which for M+K users is very important.

I have cubital tunnel syndrome so my situation is rather different from his. I switched to controller because it helps me from bending my elbows and pinching the ulnar nerve.

Are there any tips or suggestions I could give him so he could hopefully continue to play the games he loves?

Are there controllers or joystick mods that can help ease up on his thumb?

Or have any of you had luck with a specific mouse?

He sleeps with wrist braces which definitely seem to help.

Obviously rest is very key too.

Would love any feedback from those of you who see this and have similar experiences. I really appreciate it.

Asthma Attacks From Laughing?

I have no idea how many things may have lead to me developing asthma later in life, grew up around smokers, had bronchitis a lot as a kid, got covid working at a grocery store a several years back. Who knows maybe even got the symptom-less version at some point working there.

That final thing seemed to tip the scale though because now I'm going on 2 years of having an albuterol prescription that I am really bad at remembering I have now after getting my lungs checked after some really bad wheezing fits that kinda spooked me one winter while I was shoveling.

Exercising is really tough but honestly my worst wheezing fits are actually caused by laughing of all things. Which laughing is kinda hard to predict and prep my lungs with an inhaler for lol. At least with exercise I can use my inhaler before hand to kinda ease into it.

Laughing though holy shit it absolutely wrecks me sometimes to the point where I almost puke because I wheeze so hard. Today it was simply a comment I saw on reddit on a post of Lil Wayne at a recent concert saying he looked like one of the worms from Men in Black.

Are there any tips from others that suffer from asthma attacks from laughing? Like how does one deal with that?
