How to fix mp4 audio?

Hello! Complete newbie here, I'm trying to edit together a compilation of me and my mates on games over the year and I've run into an issue.

All the game audio / discord audio is on 'audio 1' while my mic audio is on 'audio 3' which often makes them sound rather schizophrenic. I don't know how to have both at once. Could anyone tell me how I could do this? Thank you very much for any help

I was going through moments to try and find some clips only to find that all my clips (save for the last few days) have seemingly disappeared. I can't see them anywhere nor are they in the folder they saved to.

Has anyone else had this issue or know how to solve it?

EDIT: I've managed to find them and they all are still in a folder but aren't on the app anymore? Is there a way to bring them back at all?
