I’m thinking about going to grad school DPT since I got my bachelors aligned to go into grad school for PT originally but didn’t bc of the cost of schooling.

It’s been years since I’ve graduated from college but I’m working at a company and in the field that may be able to do tuition reimbursement.

Given the extremely shitty job market and uncertain outlook, is PT worth it and after I complete the program in a few years?

When I compare the cost of schooling in my state and how much PTs make now is really steering me clear unless I get some scholarships (if I can at my age of 40) and/or tuition reimbursement.

Thoughts?

I have an extensive 15+ year background in software/hardware tech and health sciences, and I’m also looking to stay in the same vein as my full time job in healthcare. Is there anyone actively/immediately hiring?

I'm currently looking for roles that would utilize both my tech background and activities director role. I enjoy more face to face time with people currently than I did when I was in tech as my tech role was more independent and isolating work. But when it comes to the actual work of the job, independent is where I also thrive. My work is also more creative such as UX, content writing, newsletters, etc which I enjoy as well budgeting and planning events.

I feel like I'm missing or overlooking industries/roles like I had never heard of them before. I'm looking for roles that also pay close to if not over 6 figures which was where I was at before in tech. Any thoughts?
