Complained that paypal put her money on hold. Refunded it and asked if I could send it to a family members account. I allowed it because she showed proof of a conversation with that person saying they were happy to do this (maybe a daft choice on my end but hey, live and learn).

That account also had it on hold. And now, with all the refunding etc the repayment date would happen before the money would get released.

Claimed the cousin would refund. Hadn't happened by the next day when I pointed out that as far as I'm concerned, I've fulfilled the loan (because my money is out of my control) and if she didn't refund it then I would be expecting the interest too.

Again "yep, family member has refunded" which wasn't true

Then no response

PayPal reclaim successful. They originally ruled against me but I questioned how they'd supplied tracking info and 10 minutes later, I've been refunded

TLDR: no capacity for work assessment after 4 months

I signed up for esa in February but due to miscommunication where I was told I didn't need a fit note due to not being in work my claim was basically on hold.

I rang them last month to find out what was going on (no money from esa, uc deducting for it) and was told that I did need a backdated fit note. Due to changing gp surgeries I could only get one from March. Sent that to esa

Beginning of this month I rang them again to see if I could change the claim start date to meet the fitnote and start getting paid

That's all been sorted now and I got my backdated amount and have had a letter saying what I'll get a week and that I can't be paid past March 2027.

I know I'm meant to do a capacity for work assessment but I thought they sent you a form first? No word on either

No wca has been arranged for uc either. They have called me in for a 'work focused interview'

Been asked to provide capital evidence for my bank accounts and savings.

I have a hmrc help to save account and they're saying they need a statement with the account number on but as far as I'm aware there is no account number for a hmrc help to save account

They told me this today and have given me until Friday. I have provided them with the statement I get

Second time working with this user. Original due date May 1st. User contacted me to say that he wouldn't be able to repay until the 5th. Messaged me the morning of the 5th saying he's all good to pay then later that day said his wages hadn't been sent.

Claiming to be able to send an amount of the loan on Friday 8th (will comment below if that happens)

She's deleted the post and because I didn't comment on it (prearranged loan through dms) I can't find it

I'll be reclaiming through paypal if she doesn't respond by the end of the day

And she's either deleted her account or been banned

First payment of the loan was due 27th April. User messaged the day off saying she'd send the money when it hit her bank later that day. Woke up the next morning (time zone differences) and it hadn't been sent. She's not responded to any of my messages since.

Really disappointed, especially as this is a user I've lent to before and had no issues with

Loan is over 5 days late and just found out that he made another loan post that he accepted a loan on without talking to me first. And he actively told the other lender that he had no open loans
