Photo Booth customisations!

I’m deciding the customisation on the photo strips from the PhotoBooth at my wedding. We are doing a photo guestbook, so guests will be given two copies of their photos. One copy will go in the book and they can write a note, and the other copy they can take home with them.

I’m not sure whether to go with our names and the date at the bottom of the photo strip, like in the first photo, or just a simple little heart motif and maybe the date underneath- photos 2 and 3. I’m a bit worried there’s too many things with our names or initials on it at the wedding - the menus, the cake, at the bottom of some signs, etc. Sometimes I think it can be overkill. I was looking at a photostrip I got from a friends wedding and the names at the bottom always startle me a bit…I’m like I’m looking at a photo of myself but there’s someone else’s name at the bottom?! It always throws me haha So I’m thinking maybe no names would be best but on the other hand this is a momento people will take home, as opposed to all the other stuff with our names/initials on it so maybe it makes sense for this to be customised…I’m torn.

…What do people think? Is it too much or will people expect this particular item to be customised? I

The pictures I’ve attached are cropped just to show the part at the bottom of the strip where the text/design will go. There will be three photos in the strip. less

Veil options

I’m not sure what veil to go for. I know I don’t want something long, so no chapel or cathedral lengths. I’m thinking a two tier fingertip which is what is pictured. I know I don’t want lace trimmed because it likely will clash with the detailing on the dress or just look too much!

Currently unsure between a two tier horsehair trim (picture 1), satin trim (picture 2) or raw edge (picture 3).I could also consider pencil trim. I do like all of them but im worried the raw edge gets a bit lost, the satin trim might be a bit too much and a part of me thinks it looks a little…dated? Maybe just with my dress. I’m leaning towards the horsehair as it feels a bit more special without being too fussy and maybe more modern than the satin.
