what can I improve?
I finally and recently been able to access a gym, but now I'm stuck on what exercises to do.
I figured I'd try to do power cleans, since I've heard its one of the best for increasing vertical jumps
This was also my first time doing power cleans and was done blindly, I only knew the general idea of a power clean but never actually saw how to do one (yeah I don't know what was going through my mind)
what exercises would you guys recommend for vertical jumps? And at what point do I stop adding weights to exercises like pogo jumps or similar exercises to that?
(sorry for the shitty camera angle as well)
could I hit on 238 or reduce the height

*ignore the heavy ass landing since I filmed this at the end of the session where I was tired ash
Most of my time practicing is usually with 225, and tried on 230 a few times. I switched to 238 for around the last 3 sessions.
Each session was varied, but my spike percentage was around 40% ish legal and 10% were good spikes where I felt comfortable without the ball going out or hitting / grazing net.
judging from the video, can I hit on 238? Im not sure if I can currently hit with good technique on 238 but maybe because I'm still not used to the timing on it
but if you think I should reduce the net height, by how much should I lower it?
I'm 5,4
64-66 ish kg
Have a reach of 60cm
max standing reach of 207
And assumed max effort vertical of 55 (I didn't check, but I currently tested bare foot with a semi full effort approach and it went to 50 ish)
I should have around a max vertical of around 260cm - 265 ish max vertical reach (probably)
what can I improve?
back with the same post again, this time with more than 1 angle😱
I increased my approach tempo, and imagined swinging my legs during the swing as well so I can transfer more energy (is what I think at least) but sometimes I do it too hard and lean very far forward
this time my spikes didn't feel half bad, but I still have an issue with timing, contact point, and follow through.
If you see anything off, please comment it

Net height - 225
Age - 16
Weight - 65kg - 66 kg
Height - 160cm - 162 cm (I forgot which)
what can I improve
I went and reviewed my spike form and fixed most of the issues (I still have issues and it's still not perfect)
but currently my problem is that I keep grazing or smashing the top of the net or hit the ball on my wrist
I've played more on higher nets, since I usually go on 225 because of my fat ass not jumping high enough
I have a standing reach of 206cm and a standing vertical up of 56cm (I haven't checked running vert and the 56 cm was on barefoot so I'd assume my running vert is around 60cm+)
I occasionally net smash on 225, around 50% - 60% on 230, and rarely not hit net or out on 235+
With my vertical, how high would I realistically be able to hit?
sometimes when I jump, I feel this little twitch on the very inside middle of my calf, which signifies that if I try to continue jumping normally it will likely cramp.
I know it's probably from my shit form, but I want to know what part of the shit form makes it actually have that twitching feeling and eventually cramping
additional information is that it only applies on my right calf, never on my left one. In my entire playtime on volleyball, my right calf is the only one susceptible to cramping. I've never had a cramp in any other part of my body besides my right calf and ONLY in my right calf in my 5 years of playing volleyball
if you also have some things to remedy mid calf cramp, as well as post calf cramp (like stretches and if so which ones) please comment them.
I just cramped today after a session, that's why I making this post. Unfortunately I didn't record but Its similar to my form from my last post, but I tried to jump on more upwards from the balls of my feet (the part behind my toes if I'm not wrong), since I was trying to fix my broad jump issue, and was going all out.
The session was 3 hours and it cramped at the end (around 12 minutes away before 3 hours)
for context, I haven't played in like 2 for around 2 months (somewhere around my last post here,) so if you've seen my previous posts, you will probably see the same mistakes
going through the obvious glaring issues such as net smashing, net touch, and going past net (I'll focus on fixing those dw), there are a few issues I feel I have
first is my arm swing, I don't know what it is but there's just this feeling on when I swing it just never clicks, I don't know why, or what, but it just never does. Even on my good hits it feels awkward.
Second, my torso and using torque. I've always seen to use torque and to use my torso, but I've never understood how to do it
Lastly my contact point and wrist snap. if you seen my previous posts on the sub, you know this has been a glaring reoccurring issue that I have, I don't know how to fix it. Currently, I've been doing serves (like 20 minutes before shooting this video), and every time I do a jump serve, it goes out because it doesn't have enough topspin
All in all, if I focus on one thing, it leads me to drop the others and it's just SO FRUSTRATING!!! 😡😡😡😡🤬😡😡
jokes aside, I really need to get in shape again, and if you have any solutions to my listed problems, and drills for topspin, and just general changes, tips and advice, please comment it below
