Does this look like it is supposed to? This seems like a copy of the original (ordered through a private seller)

Recently ordered the Celimax retinal shot, but the packaging seems wayyyyy off. If anyone has a tube, please confirm.
thanks.

For people with a disc bulge at L4 L5, how long did it take for you to start lifting again?

This question may be a little vague so I will try to add as many details as possible.

About 4 months ago, after a lifting session in the gym, I started experiencing mind boggling pain in my lower back that sometimes flared down to my legs. The doctor advised an MRI scan and the report suggests a disc bulge.

Physiotherapy helped a little, since then I have been trying to strengthen my back and core and hips using resistance bands and ankle weights.

It has gotten slightly better, lets say if the pain was at a 10 before, now it is at a 5. But I still cant do most of the things I could easily do before, a week ago I drove my car twice (after 4 months) and the pain flared back up to a 10 again.

All in all I am royally fucked, but I want to start lifting weights again, I miss it.

Can I start already? Which exercises should I avoid? Or do? Or should I stick to my resistance bands? 💔

If there are people here who have faced something similar, how long did it take for you to get better?

Thank you all in advance!

Kashmiris and Memory Loss

In a travel book some years ago I read a German traveller had written about Kashmiris: “Beware the Kashmiri man. He will go wherever feels most lucrative to him.” (which at that point seemed laughably racist, but dear god did that racist german have a point)

Countless photos and videos of Kashmiris have surfaced since 2019 waving the same flag we earlier mixed with the dirt with our feet, not to mention an mma fighter who expressed his connection to God with this flag as the carrier. Rallies with people pledging their support to the country whose draconian laws for our people have dehumanised us beyond belief have also become normalised.

Now, here is what I have understood:

Kashmiri people over years and years of unrest and violence have reached a state of saturation where they no longer care about their dignity or basic human rights. Our people have realised wherever we go, we will be raped as a nation, so we might as well appease to the rapist in the hope that he may at least lube it before tubing it.

Fanon chu wanan yeli lukan batte-kaaman ti azaab un shadeed chu asan, tim chi patt yesxan panin identity tie karin oppressor’hinz identity sith, ti kyaz ki, insan chu survival mode’as manz — if it is eat or be eaten, the oppressed prefer to eat.

I dont think lukov chu mushrovmut asi seeth kya zulm gov, I think lukh chi yesxan mushraavun taaki tim hyekan kunyi tareeki akh “normal” zindagi basar karith…

Which is the worst way to go on about occupation and oppression because “if i dont acknowledge oppression, maybe they will stop oppressing us” never works. They are just getting one step closer to justifying their presence in our land.

Last’as wann be yii zi ziheen mushraew zew ne. Our memory is our last hope here. Never forget. Never forgive. Never surrender.

Educate yourselves well and wait for the next wave. Then erase the enemy with your refusal to back down.

Viva la revolución.

Cheen ke lenge Azaadi. 🕊️
