Menstrual cycle after Progesterone

Hello, I’ve been experiencing intermenstrual bleeding (bleeding in between menstrual cycles) for long so when I finally decided to consult, I was recommended to undergo D&C/Hysteroscopy and take oral Progesterone (Utrogestan). After a few nights of taking Progesterone, my bleeding completely stopped. Sep 11 was the last day that i bled then Sep 27-28 nag spotting na ko, then sep 29 nagka mens na ko. I don’t usually bleed that much when I’m on my period, usually just 2-3 long pads (shorter than overnight pads but longer than reg pads) then hindi naman fully soaked. I don’t usually soak my pads most of the time. Now i’m on my 7th day of my menstrual cycle and i noticed from day 2-7 my flow is so heavy, like i could soak 2-3 overnight pads a day. May some blood clots also but it is not that big naman.
Is it normal to bleed this heavy after taking Progesterone? I’m not sure if it’s the effect of the Progesterone since I was not bleeding for like more than 2 weeks - and i did not stop the progesterone din.

Insights would help since my consultation w/ OB is still on wednesday huhu. Thank you!

PS: findings on TVS (2x na ko nag ultrasound) - thickened endometrium, possible endometrial & endocervical polyps due to cystic spaces, bilateral pcos

Hysteroscopy or D&C?

Hi i need advice since I’m very torn
August 2nd week I had my first consultation w an OB GYN since I’ve been experiencing bleeding in between menstruation (AUB), but spotting lang nangyayari. So i know when it is my period since mas malakas yung flow, basically naddifferentiate ko yung bleeding in between periods from the periods itself. I usually have my menstrual cycle from 7-10 days, but I’ve never not worn a napkin/liner since I always have spotting. I also got urged to get checked because I experienced symptoms of anemia na I have never gone thru before.
I was able to have my blood test (confirmed my anemia) then I also had my transvaginal ultrasound on the 11th day of my cycle.
My endometrium was thick at 22.4 mm, and polycystic morphology
Had my OB GYN discuss the results to me and recommended D&C or Hysteroscopy right off the bat - but since I have moderate anemia, I need to get an iron drip and take another blood test to clear me for the procedure.
Our preferred hospital is TMC Ortigas since dun affiliated yung OB GYN ko & family ko dun talaga nagpapa hospital.
So I’m aware that Hysteroscopy is the gold standard, but just wanna crowd source if talaga bang malaki yung difference niya sa raspa? Is there anyone from this subreddit who can confirm the latest price ng hysteroscopy in TMC or other priv hospitals at same par (all inclusive)?
I’m working na btw but my parents provide parin for all our needs, so I wanna weigh the options cause if hindi naman nagkakalayo yung hysteroscopy sa raspa baka raspa nalang since nahihiya rin me sa parents ko haha 😭
Worry ko lang rin is pag D&C, since blind procedure siya, baka may mamiss out sila and need ko uli pa raspa in the future, as much as possible i want everything done in one go para cost effective + it won’t take a toll on me mentally na 😭😭
Any advice would be very much appreciated!!
