Shut my laptop off while I took a shower and ran some errands came back to login to do some work and now it will not turn on no lights come on either besides the orange charging light but it was fully charged throughout the night. What can I do to fix it? Broke college student so cant afford a new laptop

I unplugged my washer and turned it off electricity to everything in the kitchen as we were working on fixing the washer leaking and knew water would go everywhere and no even after a few hours and nothing being plugged in that breaker wont stop being stuck in the middle I turned it all the way off and it still just stays in the center whenever I try to turn it back on what should I do?
