How to land interview these days to top Software companies these days? I discussed with many people and friends and got to know mostly interview happens internally without vacancy posting, Specially for openings like FE or Full stack, Kind of demotivated after knowing this and after seeing not much openings on Linkedin from top companies, Anyone landed any interviews without any references? Even in my current company we don’t post openings anywhere and mostly hire someone from reference which i dislike

Title says it all. I was laid off two days ago. Still absorbing the shock and trying to mentally transition from a busy routine to an empty calendar.

I’m taking a few days to breathe, but my brain won't stop thinking about next steps. I'm a Senior Frontend Developer (React, Next, Vue 3, Tailwind, MERN) with 5–7 years of experience. Before I dive into updating my resume next week, I want to get a realistic gauge of the current landscape.

• How is the market looking right now for mid-to-senior frontend roles?
• Are you seeing decent activity, or is it mostly ghosting and endless interview rounds?

Anyone has experience with Ak Galleria, I ordered large size and got small size from them and they say sale items can't be returned or exchanged, really bad experience
