Are they just doing waitlist decisions late?
Hi everyone, I’m currently a junior in high school (3rd year of secondary school) and I’m starting to plan my undergraduate studies in the US. I am primarily interested in the Community College route to save money before transferring to a university.
My biggest constraint is my budget. My parents can contribute a maximum of $15,000 - $20,000 per year. This amount needs to cover everything: tuition, housing, food, insurance, and personal expenses.
I know this is a tight budget for the US, so I’m looking for recommendations for colleges in areas with a lower cost of living or colleges that offer some form of scholarships for international students.
Does anyone have suggestions for specific Community Colleges or states where this budget might be realistic?
Has anyone been moved off the waitlist yet, or does anyone have any new information from Reed College?
