First Trimester, don't feel like working out, am I Lazy?
Like the title speaks for itself, I'm 6 weeks and 6 days pregnant, and I have been so sleepy and lethargic for the last 3 weeks. I'm a 6 day gym kind of person and absolutely cannot miss my gym for anything or anyone, but since the last 3 weeks I've just been a mess. I don't have any morning sickness or obvious fatigue, I'm fully capable of going to the gym, but somehow I just don't feel like it because I don't have the energy or motivation like before. Is this how it feels, and is this normal? I see amazing ladies in this group running, working out all through their pregnancy. Love for some advice or optional workout ideas.
