Can be brutal, open to all things :) just wanna get my confidence back . Been in a very toxic relationship for a while and honestly feel like he stole my looks from me. My face is aging quite suddenly, sagging and shifting I don’t recognise myself and feel so shy about my face these days :(

I really need some advice, I feel like these have popped up over the past month after a very stressful difficult year and wondering if I’m overthinking it.. any advice?
