How much Tesa do I need to purchase? I want to use it for visceral fat and waist.
Considering 2mg × 5 days per week × 16 weeks (this was the longest I seen so far) = 160 mg per cycle

I have listened to the first 7 hours of "The Way of Kings" on graphic audio.
I am not having a good time so far. After 7 hours of Mistborn I was practically daydreaming about the rest of the series.
So should I keep it pushing? Or just give up maybe it's not for me?
